Planning and conservation applications

Bursting Shell provides a highly experienced in-house charted town planning service. Our experience covers all aspects of the approval processes including the drafting, submission and monitoring of Planning, Listed Buildings and Conservation Area applications. We negotiate with local authorities and statutory bodies such as English Heritage.

Building Control

All major development projects require authorisation from the local authority's Building Control (or District Surveyor's) Department. Bursting Shell ensures that all necessary building control approvals are secured. We only recommend and work with adequately qualified trades-people and professionals who have up-to-date experience of the Building Regulations.
